Using Yolango

Yolango provides live language practice, lessons, games, rooms, progress tracking, and related features. You may use Yolango only if you can legally agree to these Terms, and you must use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

If you use Yolango on behalf of a school, employer, club, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

Yolango may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the service.

Children and Organizations

Yolango is not intended for children to use without appropriate permission from a parent, guardian, school, or organization. Hosts and organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before inviting participants to use Yolango.

Your Content

You may submit names, profile details, answers, lesson prompts, classroom or room content, and other materials. You keep any rights you have in your content, but you grant Yolango a limited license to host, store, copy, display, adapt, transmit, and process it as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for a learning environment.

AI and Learning Content

Yolango may use automated systems, AI tools, text-to-speech, or other generation features to create, adapt, translate, or present learning content. Generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, so hosts and learners should review important content before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with Yolango, access it through unauthorized means, probe or bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, spam users, upload malware, violate intellectual property rights, or use Yolango to harm, harass, or discriminate against others.

Paid Features

Yolango may offer paid features, subscriptions, or usage-based plans. If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any trial terms will be disclosed at purchase. If you buy through an app store or third-party platform, that platform may handle billing and cancellation.

Yolango's Rights

Yolango and its licensors own the service, software, design, brand, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Yolango or permission to use Yolango's names, logos, or brand assets except as needed to identify the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Yolango, you acknowledge that policy.

Third-Party Services

Yolango may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, payments, content generation, audio, or other product functions. Yolango may also link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Changes to Yolango or These Terms

We may update Yolango or these Terms over time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of Yolango after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Yolango is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yolango will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
